1) Decide what barriers are necessary. SFi makes barrier packaging with the following characteristics:

	Environmental protection including dust, water, oxygen, salt, and light
	Moisture vapor
	EMI shielding
	Static Control
	UV protection,
	Corrosion protection.

Materials will be recommended based on barrier characteristics specified, unless otherwise requested.

3) Bags, covers and shrouds can all be used to protect products, equipment and projects. SFi works with customers to provide both one-of-a kind solutions or mass production quantities of the packaging construction that best fits the application.

Protective Packaging

Small Bags: Using SFi's expertise in die-cutting, heat-sealing, ultrasonic welding and clean room assembly, bags as small as 1" x 2" can be produced from your choice of materials.

Resin Liners and Gaylord/Box Liners: SFi manufactures custom liners from various heat sealable flexible packaging materials, for example monofilms, co-extrusions and all types of laminates.

Large Bags: Using all types of film and laminate structures, SFi fabricates flat, three-dimensional square or rectangular bottomed, gusset or custom designed bags. There is no limit on size parameters - SFi has made bags as large as rail cars and tractor trailer boxes as well as tarps large enough to cover 1/4 acre.

SilenceHold Wireless Device Pouches

SilenceHold wireless device pouches are made to absorb and reflect communication signals from entering or leaving portable devices like cell phones, pages and pdas.
